Worst company I have ever dealt with!! My 20 year old daughter signed up for this & has not been able to cancel. The website won’t let her go to her profile & cancel. She’s emailed them, no response! Called numerous times & mysteriously gets disconnected when a live person comes on & she says she wants to cancel! Thankfully her father is an attorney so we will get this taken car of!

Gainful didn’t print my apartment number on the shipping label and my package wasn’t delivered to me. Good luck if you buy from them.

I decided to give this a try in my weight loss journey. BIG MISTAKE Not only did the stuff taste Horrible (and yes I tried their “flavor sticks”) but it was not worth the money. I unsubscribe and they still charged me! I had to call and order a new bank card because of them! Their customer service is pointless as well. Save your money, time and your tastebuds by skipping this crap!

I did not like the taste of the Protein and it was bland and lumpy. When I tried to change/ cancel my subscription at the website the only thing that would show up would be a checkout cart. So far 2 orders have went through that I could not stop.

I had tap 1 star because I need it to write a review...this company does not offers refund( they know you will be dissapointed and want your money back) TASTELESS PROTEIN SHAKE EVER....the so called flovor stick are no taste at all...... Be carefull...you will endup with a bad product, and no refund.....this company it is the worse....

I used to be a huge fan of Gainful when they first started up, however, since they changed their protein formula to use "Flavor Sticks" rather than integrated flavors it has tasted awful no matter what I do. I reached out to customer service to see if they would take my last shipment back - sealed and unopened - or issue a refund and they refused, only offering to send more flavor sticks, which is the root of my problem. DO NOT purchase Gainful if you are at all opposed to extremely artificial tasting flavors and lumpy protein shakes. Their customer service is horrible, they won't even accept their own product back or issue a refund. I will never recommend them again.

The taste is terrible and I couldn't even finish the bottle I made. The sticks made this nasty thick layer above the powder after 5 minutes of sitting and it tasted so chalky. I reached out to try and get a refund but they wouldn't do it. Horrible experience at Gainful I do not recommend. Selected one star because I couldn't rate it 0.
