The best protein powder I've ever had!! I love that you can add your own flavor each day. Right now I'm using my almond-milk peppermint mocha creamer for a Christmas taste! I'm also enjoying the results of leaner muscle. Thanks!!

I am so happy I started partaking in the Gainful experience. Not only does the normal protein powder taste good but the flavor packets are delicious too! The cup is convenient and for $5.00 it was a nice purchase. I am a recent subscriber so I cannot comment on the effectiveness but considering how everything is so far, I am sure it will be worth the purchases. I am happy with it so far!

was concerned with amount of protein and sugar, being workout and eating habits have changed since the pandemic started, and having to work and workout from home has impacted my life, I needed to make sure i was ok with current gainful mix i receive. My question was answered quickly and I was able to make the adjustment needed.

I had bought Gainful’s Protein and Preworkout, with some FREE flavor packets. Truly tasteful, and it really does give you that pump that you’re looking for. My only problem with Gainful is the itching/burn feeling you get from there Preworkout. This is a common side effect though and soon disappears for myself. I’d recommend Gainful if you’re trying to GAIN some weight.

Hi Caleb, Glad you're loving your protein and pre-workout! The sensation you're mentioning from the pre-workout is normal and due to the beta alanine and it should subside over time as you get used to it. We also recommend cutting back on portion (half a scoop) to reduce that sensation or work out immediately right after you take it to notice it less. Thanks so much for reviewing us 🙌
