I got 2 different ones love the 98% lactose free, build, recovery and soy free. I could feel a difference and it was easy to blend. Not messy. I really loved it!!! I dont like the plant based soy free lean. It was messy, didn't taste good at all and very hard to blend

Been taking protein powder for a few months now and I love it!!! I also take the pre workout and my cardio workout is so much more productive!! Some people say its pricey but what i was buying at GNC was way more than Gainful. I haven't talked to my RD yet but I know if i have questions they will be handled professionally, thats just how I feel about this company, they are trustworthy and dependable. The only thing I've had a slight problem is it takes a week to get my order ☹ . Anyways I'm glad I found Gainful I love your products!!!

Gainful is fantastic! They offer a great product and great value for your money. I had a small mix-up with my order and it was handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them.

Very excellent service! It’s just 3 days I started to use my formula but I have to say that the dietician answered my questions very quickly and supported me. I don’t love shakes in general but I have been taking mine after dinner(which is the time of the day when I tend to open the cabinets looking for some sweet stuff) and ‘till now I could avoid eating junk relying on the shake.

tastes great, helps curb hunger, and has helped me boost my metabolism!
