Love it all, and superb customer service, unfortunately it may be a bit too pricey for me.

Mary was very helpful & made some great suggestions. I just don't like that I have to wait until a certain day to talk to someone & even then it's not really then. It's like a robo call! I prefer something more personal.

I LOVE my Gainful. As a vegan it has been the best product I’ve found. With simple ingredients and no additives. The only thing that I don’t love is the packaging. I would prefer a one time canister that we get at the beginning, that’s eco-friendly like glass or metal. And then out replacements come in a compost ale or recyclable packaging once a month and we refill the container.

Gainful has great customer service, it’s simple and easy to navigate their website, and the protein is amazing! My only complaint is the flavor boosts lack well, flavor!! I’ve been using 6 oz of almond milk instead of 8 in hopes I would taste more of the flavor, but it honestly tastes the same as with 8 oz. It still tastes great, but you can’t exactly taste the specific flavor.

As a whole gainful is a great product. I have had a few minor unpleasantries. First being that when I changed my stats to remove dairy and lactose. As well as help in muscle recovery. The supplement they set me up with was brown rice and pea protein with green tea extract. Mixing this proved to be difficult due to it thickening into almost like a plaster if I used two scoops and that of runny peanut butter if I used one. It also had a faint unpleasant after taste that made drinking it a chore. The second which has been corrected by gainful after leaving them an email and is still my most recent issue. My next delivery was paid and processed on 12/31/2020 and scheduled to arrive 01/05/2021 however as of today 01/16/2021 I have yet to receive my delivery. I requested they no longer use FedEx after another item I ordered from another company was marked as delivered by them that I never received. When you run out of fingers on one hand just how many time a shipping company has done this you no longer see it as a mishap. With all that in mind, I absolutely love gainful. I love that I can update my information whenever. I love that you can get discounts for setting up your phone or for your 6th month mark. I love that the price changes based on blend. They are the most useful, reliable and friendly company I have ever interacted with.
