The powder is chalky and bitter and the flavor boosters have no flavor. It was completely intolerable to me so I contacted the company about returning or getting a refund and the customer service rep said there was nothing they could do. Waste of money and it wasn't cheap.

Honestly the worst protein power I’ve ever had for the piece and the amount they give it it’s not worth it, to me. What got me was the whole costume to you aspect of it. Do I believe it real made for you? No I just think they have you put in the information they ask and that just give you something the generally fits what you what I highly doubt each things they ship out is 1:1 made just for you. Now when I first tasted it it was literally just like drinking powered water shake or powered milk shake. I followed the instructions to the tea and it still came out like I just eating the powder you could literally feel the different little power bits while drinking it. It didn’t work for me and I didn’t work for me. All and all I say just go to your local GMC, Target, or Walmart and get protein powder there it’s more for your money plus they actually taste good. If you wanna try it just know there’s no refunds.

The process of the protein powder is very confusing and they don't give you instructions. Apparently, you mix the flavor sticks with the bags of plain protein powder. It doesn't already come flavored. I found this out after they messed up my flavors TWICE. I emailed them and they tossed me around to a few people and finally told me I would not be receiving a refund, even though they messed up and I didn't like the product quality. I was so hopeful and now just very disappointed with this powder and company.

Couldn’t tell you how the products work. Order was supposed to be here yesterday. Now tracking says it is back in WV. The whole point was to have the product for my workout now I have to spend more money to have products while I wait another week for my order. I’m most likely canceling if it takes too long to arrive. I’m sure there are other companies with better shipping.

They are very slow getting their products out. I asked why it has been three weeks and no delivery and I got a response that it was because of bad weather conditions. the only problem is that they are in San Francisco and I am in Phoenix. Even USPS isn't that slow. If they had just came back and said "I'm sorry we didn't forecast the growth and we are a bit short on product." that would have been ok with me. but, claiming weather is a factor in Cal and AZ?...

I would give Gainful a zero I placed my order on November 25, 2020 as of today December 8, 2020. I still have not received my product. I keep trying to call the customer service number but no one is answering the phone .I hope that this company is not a scam

I have ordered twice and both times they failed to send out my order, and when they did it got “lost in the mail”.

Biggest scam of 2020 first let me start by saying that this is not formulated for you it is formulated for the general public. Second this is the and I repeat THE worst protein that I have ever tasted it is just bland even with the added flavor that you choose I added this to my silk coconut milk and it tasted like diluted water YUCK 🤮 and now I know why they would not refund my money who in their right mind would want to get this awful product back so for those of you that are thinking about this product please reconsider there are better quality proteins out there and they will not I repeat will not refund your money or take the product back which in my mind they will steal your money So in my opinion this is definitely the biggest scam of 2020 since COVID 19 struck the world 🌎
