I have not been using gainful for very long but I love it. I like the flavors I’ve tried. I love the way it blends and taste. It’s not to thick and chunky and hard to mix. It’s nice and and light. So far very happy overall!

I was very quickly responded to about my concern that there was no option for a sugar-free protein powder. My assigned dietitian explained that he could accommodate this need and made sure I would get refunded and a new order placed for the exact same price (including the discount I previously applied). And before I saw this email, I had first noticed I was refunded and was confused, so I emailed support. Someone got back to me promptly and kindly gave me a brief overview and told me to check the dietitian's email.
