My order has been delayed through FedEx for a few days now. Placed order almost 2 weeks ago and so I reached out to Gainfuls support team and explained my situation. They applied a $15 off coupon for my next order and since I still have not received my original package they sent another just incase. I also get to keep my original one when it arrives. They have truly been amazing.
