I hated the change to flavor packs... it just added unnecessary steps and mess. Protein was pretty good though. It just didn’t meet my needs and busy lifestyle. Best of luck though!

I was much happier with the protein powder prior to the flavor sticks. The protein is much less flavorful and is now chalky and foamy, whereas before it was smooth, chocolatey and did not leave an aftertaste.

I was truly a fan up until you changed the flavors. The flavor packets never work, I’ve tried to talk to support and got zero responses back, and the overall experience I’ve had is really terrible the past few months. I get that the company is probably growing and there’s a lot going on. But I’ve been a customer for over a year now, and it’s really disappointing that I sent in a comment over a month ago about a bad batch I got and still haven’t gotten a response or explanation back. Last year I would have recommended you. This year I probably would not.

The taste was good. I have tried Vanilla, Cookies & Cream and Coffee. They all have very similar taste, not distinctively different. Coffee does not have that caffeine kick to it. What the point really to have that many flavors but all taste the same. Recommended dose is 8oz of milk mix w 1 flavor stick. I find it not too sweet & not too bland. My only complain is mine does not mixed well with water, lots of foam, powdery, not smooth as any review stated. Mine was whey protein + whey isolate. If you want customize protein with mild flavor, not overwhelming. This is for you. Personally, I question the high cost. I find it may be not worth it for regular people who likes strong taste, but I can see people w allergy love it.
