Pretty sure most of the reviews on here are paid for because Gainful is definitely NOT worth the money! All marketing, poor product. You feel as if your product is being personalized because they print your name on the bag when in reality they have a few different blends that they’ll match you with based on your survey. Protein powder: I paid $70 for a month worth of protein and it’s definitely not worth the price. Absolutely no flavor in their blends. In order to Get any sort of flavor you need to add 2-3 of their flavor packets…which cost extra ;). When you complain about the flavor, they just tell you to buy more flavor packets (dollar signs in their eyes). Result wise, I feel like Gold Standard or any of the other mainstream protein powders are much better…cheaper, and ACTUALLY have flavor. Don’t fall prey to the hundreds of positive reviews on there as I did, go elsewhere for cheaper, quality product.

Horrible customer support team, who is not willing to cancel order that was mistakenly placed and not willing to update the shipping address on order placed less than 12 hours ago.

Okay they are good not gonna lie but the fact that they make it early impossible to cancel the subscription is just FU€ked up. I tried canceling and couldn’t find it and still can’t. I had to block them from my card because they are so automatic that they don’t miss to charge.

Actually not bad protein powder. It's pretty good and flavors are great. However, not doing refunds or cancelations of orders that are still in "Processing" status is ABSURD. It's been a tough couple weeks for me financially, and the email about my subscription renewing went unnoticed. I now have $5 to get me through next week. But hey, at least I have protein powder (sarcasm).

I signed up for Gainful due to what is admittedly a VERY interesting product. I love the idea of personalized protein powder, so I signed up for a subscription. My first package was delayed three times by a courier who would not attempt to drop off my package. Upon contacting FedEx to have it routed to a holding site, I was informed that Gainful needed to authorize the package for holding. Upon reaching out to Gainful, I was informed that this was not the case, and all in all my package arrived much, much later, only after I had repeatedly reached out to both. I resubscribed, as the product was actually amazing. Lo and behold, the second package was shipped with a different courier. I'd ordered the 28 servings along with a preworkout. Upon opening my package, I found one 14 serving bag floating in the box. No flavor boosts, no preworkout. I don't think I'll be returning for a third shipment, as while the product is amazing, it is puzzling to me that both of my orders have had major issues.

The protein itself isn't bad and I like the ability to have unflavored protein to put in my morning shake but the company and invoicing is below par. I have tried to cancel my subscription with them numerous times. As a last resort I had to have my bank put a block on their company. After 8 months I still get notifications that there is a denied charge from gainful health.

I tried to do the “try before you buy” service they offer. Since they offer you a single serving to see if you like it before committing. First off, should be more clearly stated that you will be automatically subscribed for the product even if you don’t like it. Second, I was already charged with a full product before my trial size even arrived at my place, thus not allowing me to actually try before buying. Super disappointing and super frustrating especially since they charged me when I didn’t want to be charged since I didn’t even know if I liked it yet. Communicated with customer service about it. They cancelled my subscription but that’s it. They didn’t acknowledge the whole process or was apologetic about the timing. They didn’t own up to anything. DO NOT TRUST THE TRY BEFORE YOU BUY unless you actually want to be charged for the full product.

I ordered $112 worth of supplements and you guys can’t have fast shipping? I was planning to use it with in 5 days but instead I was worried that the package was lost or sent to the wrong address… thinking of not ordering again……
