Having issues using my $25 Nift voucher. The $25 off from the quiz is separate from the offer via Nift and is available on Gainful’s home page to anyone. Issue has not been resolved and customer service doesn’t care. Edit: I had to expend a lot of energy to get this resolved but it has been amicably resolved. For that, I give the company 2 stars instead.

I’m not gonna lie, I’m pretty bummed. I did a lot of searching, looked at al lot of reviews for this and they all seemed really good. I just tried my protein for the first time with the flavor pack, and honestly, it was awful. It doesn’t blend well whatsoever and the taste is not great by any means. I don’t know what the flavor pack was for because it didn’t help at all. I would have given them 1 star, but the customer service is exceptional, kind, and gracious. I’m pretty bummed that I can’t return this and I just have to stick it out and shove it down for the next month I have it, ugh.

Terrible web design. Cannot access my account info without completing a checkout ... aka PAY THEM. There is supposed to be a "live chat" option on their website between 9-5 PT but it is nowhere to be found and the phone service is busy with no option to stay on the line... the automated voice message literally tells me to try again later.

Purchased product almost a month ago and still has not shipped. Support team has been somewhat helpful but what’s the point of selling a product if you can’t get that product to the customer. Would not recommend.

After completing the questionnaire, where I had selected the "paleo" option under diet, I was very disappointed to discover that none of the products I was offered were actually paleo. I don't think that it's trustworthy of this company that paleo is an option offered under diet but isn't something they can deliver on. When I brought it up to the customer service representative on Live Chat, he told me that people "follow paleo on different levels." I think it would be a better practice for this company to remove paleo from their diet options until they can offer paleo products.

I love their protein but they made a mistake one time and charged me for two shipments at once I did get both at the same time so it was cool but know I recently moved I updated my address paid for my December shipment and I still haven’t received it I contacted support whit an email since they don’t answer via chat online or on the phone but never got a response I paused my subscription I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait 2 more days then I’m canceling I just lost 42$

The worst product. It doesn't mix well at all you'll be drinking powder even if you put it in a blender. They DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. They also trick you when canceling your subscription they sneak it into a pause of your account and months later the subscription reactivates, of course, you can't return it so they just made another $50+ off of you. It's a scam do not use. The last start is for their fantastic marketing that will lead you into a trap of excessive charges.

I loved the protein powder back when the whole bag was one flavor. I wish that was still offered. The flavor sticks taste fake and are a complete mess. Customer service is also horrible. I have emailed with issues on two separate occasions and haven't gotten a response through all of the months I have been a customer. I have cancelled my subscription and will not be returning. I was very hopeful about this protein but Gainful has let me down.
