The product is good but the customer service is rude, passive aggressive and not understanding. They claim it’s “personalized” but thats BS. I loved using this product until I dealt with the customer service. I would definitely try a different brand that cares about their customers.

Packaging is great, shipping was great. The product is not great - I've taken numerous pre-workouts but this one has something inside that is causing an allergy. Very disappointed that Gainful does not stand by its product to offer a refund. As it's a food item, it can't be "resold" so refunds should be allowed even though it's custom. Do not recommend.

Dont bother buying anything from them. The shipping is awful and the customer service to try and find said package is just as bad. Generic response from company in review. Customer service not helpful referred me back to the company once more and told it would be 3 potential business days to respond if no response click here to send another msg. If you see the companies ad on social media dont bother just block and move on.

I just started trying Gainful. I wanted to try something new and jumped in the hype. However, after my first try of the protein right after my workout. I did nothing different during the day but changing my protein intake to Gainful that day. 25 minutes after, my stomach was in so much pain, I had to run to the bathroom because I could not hold it anymore. I thought I was going to S#1t my pants. It gave me diarrhea like if I have had taken something to clean my Colon or a super colon cleanser. That was the first time. I thought perhaps my body needs to adjust to the “new formula” or protein that I have been taken. The second time. I took that right after a soccer game and I was almost 45 minutes away from home. I had to get out of the freeway and use a gasoline station’s bathroom because I was having the same pain and discomfort in my body and need it to go Pronto. It was like someone open the sink water. It was so painful and my body just rejected that protein. After I left a review of “ do you recommend this to a friend “. I gave them a 0 and told the same story that I am writing here. 3 hours later I got an email with my cancellation notification saying “ We are canceling your subscription “ Thank you for canceling your awful product.

I have been trying to cancel my recurring orders for two months and today they once again charged me for products I do not want/need. My login attempts keep coming back as not registered. I have tried texting and get no reply. I replied to their email and it came back as non-deliverable. I will not pay for another shipment and need this to account to be close and have no way to reach this company!

Overpriced! All the flavors taste very similar, and none of them taste very good. Not worth it

Don't let the pseudoscientific puffery and marketing hype fool you. Their protein powder is no better than any of the top brands that you can get through Amazon for a quarter of the price! And be sure to read the small print. You may think you're only buying a trial order - but (of course) they then enroll you in their "Subscription Plan" and send another shipment of whatever you ordered the following month - along with a hefty bill and no way to return it. The tell that makes it clear they know they're running a scam? One of the reasons listed on their "Cancel My Subscription" page is "I Just Wanted to Try the Product". In other words, "I didn't know you were going to try to rip me off with a monthly plan I didn't ask for or want!" Bottom Line: If you want to pay a ripoff company 4x what a comparable product will cost you to get a protein powder that is so tasteless you have to put flavoring in it just to be able to drink it, be my guest. Caveat Emptor.

My feedback is based upon actually received the product and using it. My experience is my own but based upon decades of using supplements. My experience is limited to the protein powder they formulated for me. First the FLAVOR is watered down. I used the exact amount of water indicated for mixing and it results in a watered down flavor result. The taste also has a slight burnt aftertaste (best I can describe it). I will state the protein powder mixes easily and completely with no residue (in a simple shaker bottle). Finally I question the actual inclusion of all the ingredients stated. My formulation was supposed to have carbs, creatine, and other supps on it yet the scoop is smaller than other products I have used that were only protein powder. When additional ingredients are added, it stands to be reasoned that the scoop must become larger. My conclusion is gainful makes a weak flavored supp that fails to contain stated ingredients for a premium (high) price tag. There are better options out there who are honest about ingredients and you don't have to compromise flavor or taste.
