Gadhouse have not refunded me
Gadhouse said they would refund my money within 60 days (!) after returning their Brad record player. It has now been 4 months since they said they would refund me and they have failed to do so. It is almost impossible to contact them, I have tried emailing every email address I can find for them and had no reply. When they have messaged back (via Instagram) they just say they will contact me soon.
