I wish I saw these reviews before paying these theives! They did a review of my home A/C system and quoted me to nstall a new system. What they didn't tell me in the "experienced evaluation" was that the duct work where the old unit would need to be replaced. After they did the install my system would not cool properly or balance. They pawned their work to another HVAC company who also couldn;t fix the problem. Here was the problem - When they installed removed the old unit from the attic space they threw all the insulation into a pile and left it there after they were done. The also threw their garbage up there too! They cut into the ductwork and left sliced holes so the system wasn't sealed and then they crushed other ducts that were on the ground obstructing the flow. It cost me an extra $6K to fix the damages they caused. I hope they get their karma.

I have an a/c unit that was purchased in 2020 with a 12 year warranty. I found out this past winter when it got that cold up here in the northern part of Florida that it had no heating ability. The house went down in the fifties and a room heater didn't suffice at all. I have had numerous calls made, emails, and was told the matter would be remedied with an 8kw heat strip. As of April, I have had no response to emails, texts or calls.
