My grandson needed a beige(nude) coloured half binder asap for a musical play performance and the web showed it was out of stock. Eeek! Through the customer support contact I asked when they would be available. The awesome customer support person was able to find one for me and quickly expedited so I could complete purchase with a special purchase link. It arrived very quickly! The shipping was longer because I live in Germany but the communication throughout was amazing. When I received the binder I was amazed with the quality and lightness of it and surprised with how comfortable it is to wear. I really love it and it definitely improves my life a lot :)
