DON'T DO IT!!! I ordered a dress to wear to my niece's wedding rehearsal dinner here. I ordered a size larger than I normally wear and when the dress arrived, it was poorly made and too small. It would not even zip. I contacted the company that day (over a week ago) and they refuse to refund my money. They offered me $15 for a $70 dress and asked me to keep the dress!!! When I again requested a refund, they upped their offer to $25. Save yourself the trouble and shop at a reputable company. It may cost a few dollars more but it's so worth it to not get SCAMMED by these people.

I have asked for a return authorization . My 2 dresses do not fit. Your site says you have a 30 days return policy

I ordered a dress that did NOT fit properly! The size was fine but the top part of the dress did not fit they made it to small (it was a dress with a sweater thing over it) I asked for a refund and have been going back and forth with them! They offered me 9 dollars for a 50 dollar dress. They won't even exchange it for a different dress (that was even cheaper) I am beyond mad and plan to sue!

Buyer Beware! If there were less stars, that's the number they deserve. They promise free returns. But they don't mention you cannot even exchange an item. The dress was gorgeous. I ordered the high low navy chiffon number. The bust is smaller than the size guide. I sized up from 12 to 16 to be sure it would fit. When I tried to exchange for the larger size. I got a $16 offer. I even contacted them 1 day after recieving it and offered to ship it bavk to them at my cost. This company is a scam. Do mot shop here.

WOW, what a SCAM. If you're looking to throw some money down the drain, be sure to order from Fyges. The models look so beautiful on their site, and I fell for it and ordered a lovely navy hi-low dress that looked wonderful. On arrival, it is the saddest-looking garment you've ever seen. A saggy, shapeless thing and not the exact fabric design as shown on the site, and it feels like it's made of acetate like a grad gown!? Thank goodness it was only like $41, but by the time I paid taxes and shipping, it was well over $60. By the time I had time to sit down and look at how to return it, I was past the 30-day return period. (And if I hadn't been, I'm nearly certain this company would have found another way to avoid the refund, just sayin'.)

I ordered 4 casual dresses and 2 did not fit well. I have been attempting to return those 2 and after 4 increasingly frustrating email exchanges, the company is refusing to refund the full amount I paid. Initially they offered 25% of the amount and I could keep the items I can’t wear, then 50% and their “final offer” of 60%. I have repeatedly demanded a full refund. Their website promises “easy 30 day returns,” however that is not the case. Basically - be sure you don’t mind wasting $$$ if considering a product from them.
