Scam Received a very poor copy of the picture Pure nylon Refusing to give a full refund Why is PayPal doing business with these scams All made in china

I ordered 3 items and need to return 2 of them and they have given me the runaround. Up to nine emails now and they still haven’t explained how to get my items returned. They are refusing to address the issue and I don’t think I will every see any refund.

Bought 2 dresses for my son wedding. Received them and they are not whats in the photo. way to small for large.Try to return them and request a full refund payed 89 dollars. I have to say the dresses were horrible 😫 The company offer me 8 dollars refund and keep the garments. My reply no full refund.then they came back with 15 dollars 😒 in the end I toke 32 dollars as they weren't given me a full refund. I will never shop on this site and be very careful shopper what a scam

Terrible company to do business with - I should have done research before buying these items. I wanted to return three items after receiving them and they were poor quality and I did not like the styling. I put them right back in their packaging with tags attached. When I emailed the company all I got was “run around” from them.. I was Charged $107 dollars and all they offered was a 35$ refund. Address on package was in Bensenville, IL but their email said they were actually in Dubai. Don’t buy from this company - it’s a scam!!!!!

I wish I could give negative stars. Anyone that wrote a good review did not have to return or exchange an item. I ordered 2 items, a blouse and a sweater. I chose the sizes based on their size chart. The blouse was not the same cut or style as the picture. The sweater was huge! I ordered a small and it must be mislabeled as it must be a large. I contacted customer service to return or exchange these items and was offered $11.00 for a purchase over $81.00. When I insisted on a full refund, I was told that I had to send my returns to Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. My package was delivered from a warehouse in Hawthorne, CA. I offered to return there, they said no. Their returns go to Dubai. This place sells cheaply made clothes and does not allow returns. Don’t shop here!!!!

Really disappointed the garment was way too small and my efforts to return it seem to be going on deaf ears !!! Two emails have gone unacknowledged so far. Think I was scammed so will contact PayPal and report them. Any reputable company would have replied to my email by now....my review, negative stars !!!!!!!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE! Ordered a dress that was supposed to be jersey and it was like a slip! You could see through the material, it was a piece of S&@t! Very, very cheap, poor quality! I’ve tried to get in contact to return 3 times with no response! I might as well just thrown my money out the window! I will NEVER EVER order from them again!
