I loved the blue dress that was sent to me but the white one felt like a night gown. The blue dress did not fit at all. I ordered a size bigger but still the dress was not able to fit properly. The breast area and waist were not right. There was no return label in the package and I need to know how to return them and get my money back. Your clothes look so pretty on face book but now I am afraid to order them.

The product is great, but it took almost 2 months to get here. If the product was made in South Carolina, why did it take two months to get to North Carolina?

Had to wait 6 weeks to receive the order and definitely not a nice as the picture.

The clothes look NOTHING like they do in pictures. In person they are extremely cheap and poor quality. They would not allow me to return, although the policy says "free and easy returns/exchanges." They tried offering me $20 to keep the clothes and then eventually offered $60 of the $100 I had spent. Buyers beware this is a scam of factory-produced clothes.

I was very disappointed with my purchase. The shipping took several week and the tracking was difficult to see where the package was. when I did receive my sweaters I was very disappointed at the quality of the sweater. not at all what I expected based on the photos. I am returning both sweaters.

Recently brought grey loose knit sweater with zip front wasn’t loose knit very tight knit the fit was great but brought size bigger bit disappointed because I really loved the loose knit

The two garments (sweaters) ordered arrived in a timely fashion. General appearance consistent with photos on website. Size as expected. However, fabric of both garments did not meet my expectations and necklines out of shape. No evidence of fabric type or care instructions on garments. Not satisfied with quality for the price. Have requested refund and currently awaiting response.
