Do NOT purchase from this company. Unfortunately I found out too late…they copy the photos and designs from other companies then send you their mock ups. The quality is very poor. When I tried to make a return do you a garment defect they offered $13 then $20 and told me to keep the item. However their website states a 30 day guarantee return if there is a quality issue. The items are manufactured and sent from overseas with no tracking so sometimes product arrives in a week and sometimes it takes months. Purchase elsewhere!

Ordered 2 jumpers nothing like was was advertised on website, asked for a return address and refund they haggled with me starting with a $12 refund, I spent over $120.00. Said I could keep the garments, took 2 months to receive. I rate them a minus 10 never again.

If I could give you a zero and be able to write a review I would. Terrible communication, was lied to for several weeks via email about 1 item being out of stock when it was 3/4 items I ordered. Package arrived today, has been opened but all items are here. Clothes look nothing like the picture, sizing is not true, I went up a size. Overall the worst experience of my online shopping, waiting for a package 6 weeks with no communication unless I made the enquiry. DO NOT ORDER w this company.

Not sure what I was expecting, but was very disappointed with what I received, and I am searching for someone to give the garments to who might appreciate them.

If you are buying internationally don't they are ripping people off. You select your item you want in your currency that has already been converted from US Dollars then when you goto checkout it looks like it is still in your currency but you don't know until it's shows on your creditcard that figure is now US Dollars. They are doing the conversion twice. E.g. the US price is $100 and your converted price is say Australian Dollars will be $144.40, you proceed to checkout it's still say $144.40 but as been advised by them they only charge in US Dollors even if they show other currencies so when it show on bank statement it's now $208.51 not a bad little scam. There customer service is no help at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM

Warning, they do not uphold their return policy '30 days easy return'. Nice clothes but were too firm so I requested a return (value US$142) .. at first they offered me $54 and keep the clothes, then $80, then $100. I dont think I will ever see a refund now.

Very disappointed that my questions regarding my order and excess charges not answered. Now trying to return 3 garments and once again my order number doesnt exist and apparently hard to get a credit as per other reviews.

I do like the dresses I purchased, but needed to return a couple of them. So I contacted customer service to get authorization for a return- I was first offered a $35 refund - and keep the dresses you don’t want, I said no - so then they offered $55 and keep the dresses - again I no use for the dresses that I would like to return. So they then offered $85 and told me that was their limit and their return warehouse is in Dubai so expensive to ship to - I give up!!! Their website say they guarantee returns in 30 days and their items are shipped from the US and the UK. Something’s just wrong with their customer service. I will be surprised if I receive any refund at all at this point and I have no address to return the dresses to, and no paperwork was sent with them… Be very careful!
