I had such a negative experience with this company and will never buy anything from them again. The items I received were so cheaply made and the material was nothing like what was represented on their website. Their statement that all their clothing is “made in the US” is not true as they told me that if I “insisted on returning the items, the expense back to Dubai” would be on me. They wanted to negotiate a return amount and started at $15 and ended at $51 on a purchase of $100. What kind of company does this? They have information on their website indicating that they will accept returns and process exchanges which is totally untrue. Their clothing is so poorly made that it is all going in the trash as I can’t imagine anyone would be interested in it at a second hand store either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Save yourself the time and frustration and money and shop elsewhere.

I bought two sweaters. I was excited. Neither were of the same material the images represented. I asked for a return on one and change of size of the other, and essentially their costumer service had me change my mind altogether and I asked for a full refund and I offered to send the items back. They negotiated a refund amount. Who does that?? They started out with $30 and now we're up to $80, with the option to send items back at my expense.... Whaaaat?!

Do not buy anything from this website. I bought three items totaling $98. All three arrived in packaging that had clearly been used before. None of them looked ANYTHING close to the pictures and descriptions on the website. They say they have a return and refund policy but they will not actually allow you to do so. Instead they offer you a fraction of what you paid. They state the shipping costs to Bubai would cost more than the “reward”. Yet they say their clothes are made in the US! If you try to post a negative review, they will delete it and refuse to post the review. Please do not order from this website.

Absolutely awful quality. Ordered two sweaters and a top. Feels like they took plastic and stitched them into clothes made by second-rate labor. They refused to refund (except partial) and claimed I'd have to ship the returns to Dubai, which would be well over what I originally paid..... I will never again buy from pop-up companies.

I previously ordered sweaters from this company and weeks later they came from China. One sweater didn't look like the picture. I tried to return and found you are NOT able to return ANYTHING to this company. It is a scam and fraud. Don't throw away your money. Shop smart and don't shop here.

Bought $170.00 in clothing, need to return items, clothing runs big. Customer service refusing to issue a return or a full refund. Issue ongoing. I do not recommend purchasing from this merchant.

Only one of the three items was anywhere near what was advertised. Chunky sweater was a thin material. Not chunky or cozy at all. Order took over a month to get and it came from overseas. Very disappointed but not even going to try to get a refund since no one seems to get more than 12 dollars back of any. Lesson learned! Learn from me.
