I ordered 3 tops and the quality and/or color was off for all 3 items so I requested a refund. They don’t really do refunds - they negotiate with you how much they’ll refund to you. They originally offered me $16, then $35 and finally $55 as a refund and to keep the items. If not, I could mail the items back to Dubai despite the fact that their own website said all products are made in the US and they have distribution centers in the US! Bottom line - they lie and quality is not what they say. I will never order from here again!

The quality of the tops I purchased was horrible. Reviewers recommended to size up on one item which I did and the top was huge. They do not honor their return policy and I have disputed the charges. I recommend shopping elsewhere or you are wasting your money.

I received my item that was not sized correctly. I have sent 2 emails via the website as that is the only contact info given, and I have yet to hear from them. There was no invoice in the packaging either. Beware of any companies advertising on FB. They look great, but are not reliable.

Don’t fall for the cute clothes! I ordered a black dress and the fabric was noticeably two different colors. The quality was definitely not there. I tried to return it, but they wouldn’t give me an address. They told me to keep the dress and they would give me $7. I tried again, and they said to keep the dress and they would give me $16, instead of my $62. They won’t give my money back or let me return it!!

I have had a terrible experience with this company also . I should have read reviews first! I am trying to return a sweater that I didn’t care for the color. They are not responding to any of my emails, or messages on Instagram. They sent my clothes in a bag with Chinese writing even though they saw this is not the case ! I am going to call the Better Business Bureau, and see if this helps! Any suggestions??

I will NEVER order from this company again. I ordered two sweaters. One was not flattering and I would like to return it - this has proved to be an impossible task. I have sent 4 emails to the 24/7 'service' and have yet to receive a return authorization and return address. It has been entirely frustrating and there is no phone number provided. The second sweater I ordered is very nice athough it was supposed to be yellow and grey, and it is yellow and blue. Very unsatisfied with this company and the entire experience.

Don’t order from this company. When I ordered it clearly stated on their website that items could be returned. The items I received where nothing like advertised and the sizes where completely different than stated on their website. I requested a return and they told me they would refund me a quarter of what I paid, but I could keep the items. I refused .. then they increased the refund amount, I again refused. I finally gave them a number, they agreed and I kept the items and received the negotiated refund. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! This company is a complete scam. I purchased a dress from this website and when it arrived it was nothing like the picture and very poor quality. I emailed the customer service department requesting to return it and a full refund to receive a response where they are negotiating a refund amount that started at USD$15 and is currently still being negotiated. In addition, see below my email correspondence with their customer service dept: Just so I am very clear with what has been stated on your website versus what has been stated within these emails: Website: About the delivery: Our products are shipped from the United States and the United Kingdom. It will be delivered to you as soon as possible. It will be worth the wait. About the refund: We guarantee to refund your money to your account within 30 days. Emails: Actual products are shipped from Dubai. Per the below, there is no guaranteed refund. Refund is as per the company's negotiation with the consumer. Please advise if my understanding is correct just so I am clear with your marketing and policy. Don't purchase anything from this website and save your money. Nothing is made from the US and there is no guarantee for any refund for unsatisfied products. To return any items it will need to be shipped to Dubai at your own cost.
