I am with the 20% of people who rate Fyges one star. Ordered a dress a month ago. To date, have not received confirmation of shipping. Tracking says the package is being prepared by the merchant. The company site says orders are shipped within 48 hours.

Do not order from this company!! The only communication that you have is via email. They are located in Dubai - they will not send a return label to you so that you can exchange merchandise. The whole return process is a joke!

I ordered 2 dresses on my phone. $88.98. they took my money out of my account within minutes but I have no tracking number, 0r evidence of any purchase. I have no way to locate the company...must be a scam. I am reporting this company as fraud.

The product they send you it’s not the one on the picture the material it’s very cheap looking I’m very disappointed and they don’t make it easy to return it. So you end up keeping it and not using it. Don’t buy anything from fyges

I will never, ever buy from this company again. When I applied to return the two sweaters that weren’t right they did not have United States address and I would’ve had to send them to India. They only wanted to give me $30 back on the two sweaters, which came close to $80. I was able to talk them up to $40 and then that’s as far as it went. They said for a full refund they would need to have the sweaters returned and they would only refund my money if in fact they received them.

3 out of the 6 sweaters do not fit, the quality is very poor and the items took over a month to arrive

Not sure who they hired to write anything good about this company. DO NOT BUY. The customer service is awful. I ordered a decent amount of sweaters from them for the winter. They took a month and a half for me to finally receive the items and by the time they arrived I had been admitted into the hospital and literally could not wear the sweaters for the future. I emailed customer service and they basically said sorry you’re dying but we can only refund for quality control. Will definitely be disputing the charge on my credit card and donating the clothes to good will. Horrific experience.
