Horrible material. Ugly dresses. Not like pictures at all. More like by Al shower curtains. Want my money back.

The items that I ordered did not look half as nice as the photos on your website. I was trying to support a North American company by buying from South Carolina, only to receive goods made and shipped from China. The quality of the material was cheap nylon, not the jersey that I had assumed from reading the descriptions from happy customer reviews. I would like to return all my items to your business and receive a full refund if possible. It is a shame that this transaction did not work out the way I had hoped.

Their website boasts "free and easy returns within 80 days." I bought 3 dress options, planning to return at least one of them. The items I received were very low quality material and unflattering. I emailed customer service, and they offered me $15 to keep the items. I have been actively pursuing full refund, but they have sent me a scam return address, spoken rudely, and informed me I would have to pay for shipping. I am certain that I will never see a refund if I attempt to return the items to the scam address. As I continue to pursue the matter, they have offered me a larger amount back to keep the items, but are uninterested in me sending them back, and I am concerned that if I agree to a cash back amount I will be further scammed through my payment method.

This company is trash. They say they're in the states but by the shipping you know they're from over seas. 6+weeks for deliver and the products were not what I ordered. ITS A SCAM YALL. SAID SHIPPING WAS TOO EXPENSIVE TO SEND BACK. THEYLL GIVE A SMALL REFUND. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

Shocking service. Delivery took over 6 weeks and only because I kept contacting them. They did not answer emails, only facebook messaging. Ordered 4 items and were told 2 were out of stock - why put on the website if they aren't available? When I eventually received the items they were a completely different material to what was shown on the photos and don't fit well at all. Will not even bother with returns as per other reviews saying what a nightmare it is to get a return. Would definitely NEVER buy again, and highly recommend others don't either.

I ordered nearly $200 worth of clothing and so far everything I’ve received is poor quality and not flattering. When I asked to return, they said the shipping is too expensive and they would give me $20. Or I can ship it back at my own expense. Will never shop here again and will let everyone know what a bad company this is.

Horrible to deal with. Ordered 2 dresses in small that are definitely too large to be called small and now cannot find out how to return them. Never again!
