If there were an option for 0 starts I would choose it! I bought 5 ($219.00) items, none of which worked out. I emailed to get a return authorization and was offered $40, $70, $100, $120 on subsequent emails along with the offer to keep the dresses. If I returned the merchandise, it would need to go to Dubai, regardless of the fact it claims it's made in the US. Update: I went to UPS to return the dresses to Dubai and the cost was $295.00. Incredibly disappointed with this whole experience and would never recommend nor buy from them again.

BEWARE, THIS IS A HUGE SCAM! I bought 3 dresses from Keppal. It took 3weeks to recieve. I emailed them at least three times and they stated USPS would be delayed in showing tracking status. I finally recieved articles and they were all the wrong size. Im a large women and eould never or a small. I contacted them immediately for a return or a refund. After 6 emails of them offering $20, $40 refund and keep the dresses. I asked for $60, they came back saying theyd give me $55 but I had to return and pay frieght costs. I went back to them saying I'd take $50 refund and keep dresses. Next email said they would refund. All emails did nit reflect my original response so theres no telling how much If any refund will be recieved. THIS IS A HUGE SCAM!

Please don’t buy anything from this company. The material is shoddy and the dresses are poorly made. I have tried to get a refund but no luck yet. They want to give me $25 for 3 dresses

Really cheap fabric. Didn't look like the photos of the garments. Sizing was inconsistent between different pieces. Said clothing was made in the USA, but clearly was made in China with cheap quality fabrics. Do not buy from this website.

Item not as pictured, they don’t accept returns! Poor design and cheaply made.

I purchased 3 dresses looking for something for my son’s graduation and my daughter’s wedding. The website states “Easy returns within 30 days. Our products are shipped from the United States. We guarantee to refund your money to your account within 30 days.” However, when the items arrived and were not the quality described. They would not refund and stated the warehouse is in Dubai, but would credit me $55 for my $130 purchase as shipping would be too expensive. If the company is based in the USA, why is the warehouse in DUBAI? This took 5 emails! I’m sure I will not see my money and am stuck with 3 poor quality dress that do not fit.

Don't order from this company!!! I ordered 5 dresses from this company, and only 1 of them worked for me. I contacted them immediately for a return authorization. They offered me money 3 times to keep the dresses, which I have no desire to do, as they don't fit, and one is very poor quality. Now they are insisting that I need to return them to their warehouse in Dubai, which would be extremely costly for me. Yet the website states they make the dresses in South Carolina and California, and that they have a warehouse in the USA. WHAT?? I feel like they are not honest about returns.

I paid @ $100. The sweaters didn’t fit. I returned them with proof of their receipt of the merchandise and pictures at the post office. They said they refunded my money but PayPal and my credit card did not receive it. They lied. They stole my money, which was credited by my cc to me. They are thieves and liars. ZERO STARS
