This company is merely a ponzi scheme. The poor quality clothing was certainly not made in South Carolina as advertised. The response to my request to return for a refund (I spent $139) was met with an offer of $15. After several email exchanges their final offer was $70. Company is a scam artist. Merchandise is poor quality and what I bought was defective upon receipt. They say they will refund your purchase, that is a lie. They offer to give you 10-20% of your purchase price back in a refund and keep the rest of your money. Never buy from this place or its affiliates. They should be taken down for fraud.

Total Scam. Bombarded on Facebook and Instagram with adds for this company and wanted one dress that kept showing up to wear to a wedding. Only ordered as adds state made in South Carolina and returns available. I ordered a dress last year from a company I did not know was in China and it never came and I had a hard time getting money back though I eventually did. No tag inside clothing from Fyges to state where made. Came in a package from California which they said it would but mailing label underneath is written in Chinese characters. Dress that I loved would be great if the waist didn't cut across my chest. Not wearable. Immediately contacted for return. Initially ended up somehow at Just Fashion Now which carries all same clothes and somehow my google search for return led me there. They claim not to be connected and that it is not their order. Fyges after 2 weeks offered my 15 dollars and no return. I wanted to return 2 dresses worth $90 +.

I am patiently waiting to see how I can return a dress and capri and top set. Quality is so bad, I would be afraid to wash them for fear they would fall apart. Shipping took forever, and as I said, I emailed them asking how to return items and they asked for the numbers which I sent right away. I am so disappointed and hope they can redeem themselves by getting my refund or I will do my best to let everyone know they are not a good company to do business with.

Do not order from this company. The order took for every to arrive and then when it did 3 of the 5 dresses did not work for me. When I requested a refund, they offered me $27 and then after my second request, they offered $31. I want my entire 127.97 returned. Their return policy on their website says it is easy to return. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered one dress and, after a month received it. It was very poor quality and I requested a refund. They responded that I should keep it and they would give me $15. (out of a $65 cost) A week later, I received another dress, which I didn't order. I was billed for both dresses. I haven't heard back from my second request for another refund yet.

You can improve by sending customer return label since item did not fit instead of offering a $15 credit for dress that was $62.98. Very poor customer service. I will never order from your multiple websites again and will tell all my friends not to as well. I am still waiting for another order which I was charged for and still has not arrived.
