Paid but after two days have still not received the EA. Tried emailing to chase up but that was ignored

I tried the bot and it worked great for about 3 days. Then the drawdown got worse and worse and worse. Eventually my account got liquidated. It did this on multiple accounts. Customer service stopped responding as soon as I had purchased it. I followed all the instructions carefully. Better to stay away from this one.

Extremely bad customer support. They are good when you are buying the bot. But after that their customers support won't reply. Like mentioned earlier there are three support channels but it is hard to get reply from any. The EA went fine for a while but then there was a heavy drawdown. I asked them if I could close trades manually but I did not get any reply and finally blew 900 dollars. Please be aware and buy this at your own risk. There is only one way communication on their telegram channel.
