Nicola, So sorry to hear about your experience and your thoughts on us being over priced. The reality is is that we are a startup & because of that, had to charge more in order to ensure we could provide the best experience for traders possible. In the future, we are looking to have more inclusive pricing for traders around the world. Again, I apologize about that. We hope you come back & try us out again. The vast majority of our users report a very smooth experience, so I'd love to figure out what is going on to help your backtesting to be better. Hey Ryan, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with us. We actually pride ourselves on the ability to trade down on the lowest timeframes for day traders to test. I'm curious as to what you mean with the wicks are off? Forex / CFDs are a decentralized markets so volumes on different brokers will always vary slightly (hence why you may see slight differences in data feed). That being said, that doesn't mean our data feeds are "wrong" or not reflective of live feeds. If you have examples where that proves wrong, I'd love to explore it more and improve the experience for you! Also, we do allow for volume so you should be able to access that :) If you do want to reach out and let us know, please message us at [email protected]! Michel, I'm so sorry you didn't have a great experience with us. We are a startup and only a couple years old now, so there were things back when you left a review in December that needed to be fixed. We are proud to say that everything you brought up has been resolved / added, so you should have a much better experience now testing with us. YH, I'm very sorry to hear about the issues you've been facing. I do want to let you know that we JUST had a series of unexpected issues that is why you had problems with your second issue. That should be okay now & if it's not, you're probably using Brave / Chrome browser. If you are, please open the task manager and end the tasks from your Brave/Chrome. From there, re-open and you'll be good to go. Regarding your first point, it should NOT be doing that. I'm very sorry that's happening. Is there any way we can contact you to figure out more about this issue and what's causing it? Thanks & again, I'm sorry you're having issues - we'll do our best to fix it ASAP.
