Good backtesting product, but I wanted to switch plans, so I bought a different plan and requested a refund of my old plan, and I joined the Discord and got it refunded, and they sent me an invoice. The only problem was that the money was never sent. I kept talking with support, and they kept pointing towards the fact that it was refunded. They said it would take 10 business days to send, and 20 business days later I never received it. It was noted to be sent to my same payment method that I've never had any problems but the money was never there, so where did my $35 go?

I strongly advise against spending money on this platform. In its current state, the service is fundamentally unreliable. Core functionality works only sporadically, while the platform frequently crashes, freezes, or fails to load entirely. Labeling the product as “beta” appears less like transparency and more like a preemptive justification for persistent technical shortcomings and poor execution. For backtesting purposes, established platforms such as TradingView or comparable alternatives provide significantly better stability and functionality. As for the remaining features, competing services offer the same tools with higher quality, better performance, and often at a lower cost. The FX Battles feature is particularly problematic. Most interactions suffer from noticeable lag, and sessions frequently freeze mid use, resulting in lost progress. This is not an isolated issue but a recurring experience. These problems occur on the majority of logins. The mobile web version further exacerbates the situation, with even worse performance and usability issues.

Derjenige wo wirklich sauber und vernünftig seine Strategie testen möchte, sollte sich ganz weit von FXREPLAY entfernen, denn hier hast du 1. Keinen Kundensupport der einwandfrei funktioniert. 2. Keine Expertise. 3. Ignoranz. 4. Langes laden der Seiten und keine vernünftige Übertragung der Daten in das Journal, eine wirklich große Katastrophe !!!!! Es gibt viel bessere Plattformen zum testen. Ich empfehle wirklich vom Herzen diese Plattform nicht ! Anyone who really wants to test their strategy properly and sensibly should steer well clear of FXREPLAY, because here you have 1. No customer support that works properly. 2. No expertise. 3. Ignorance. 4. Long page loading times and no sensible transfer of data to the journal – a real disaster! There are much better platforms for testing. I really do not recommend this platform!

I never see any app which have more bugs and lags, they want 30Eur per month for most slowed application on world

La pagina es desesperante, no para de sacarte y reiniciarse, va con muchisimo lag aun siendo una pagina web de graficos, se queda pillada, etc Pague por un mes y es el mayor error que he tenido como trader, prefiero meter mi dinero en una cuenta de fondeo y quemarla en una noticia mil veces a volver a usar esta mi***da de plataforma, por favor no seais tontos y usar tradingview esto es una estafa.

I subscribed to this awful service only for a trial for 5 days, and I didn't like it from day one, I went straight to my account dashboard and made sure to cancel my trial so that they don't charge my card, and I received a confirmation email that my trial was canceled, today I received many notifications on my Payoneer card that they tried many times to charge my card! thankfully my payoneer card is locked and they couldn't charge me, now I tried to access my account to make sure I delete my card info and now I can't even get into my account dashboard I'm stuck at choosing a plan they forcibly wants me to choose a plan and pay before I even get to my account dashboard, this is fraud I can't find any other words to describe it, I contacted their customer service and the reply was that I need to purchase a plan first even before I have the right to remove my card info or delete my account! worst service I have ever experienced worst customer service worst everything! please don't full into this trap
