The software is an amazing tool to test trading strategies. I love that you can backtest days, weeks, months all in one sitting. The analytics are great too. FX Replay also has great customer service, quick response times, and solutions. I was recently assisted by Vivek and was very pleased. I'd recommend this software to all traders.

i had a really complicated issue/bug where i was pretty much locked out of my account (caused by my own stupidity) and Sebastian from the support team helped me for like a whole week on email going back and fourth, he was so kind and i could tell he genuinely was trying to help. i’m now back in my account and i can get back to testing. this was genuinely the best customer service i’ve ever received, this is exactly what true customer support should be like. absolute legend Sebastian hope you get a pay rise mate 🙏🏽 thank you so much.

I've been using this site for six months, and one month I couldn't make a payment for just one month due to unforeseen circumstances. I contacted support, and someone named Saeed helped me resolve my issue by postponing my subscription for one month. My account would remain active, and I would then have to pay. This was completely unexpected, honestly. It was amazing! Thank you so much, Saeed, for helping me! ❤️❤️❤️😘😘
