So much bugs its just not usable. plus customer support was bad! paid 35 usd couple of days after contacted support to refund since i cant test using it gets stuck every couple of minutes , indicator and drawing tools get messed up stop losses / take profit won't be triggered price will just continue and many many more other bugs. wasnt refunded or anything havent heard from them since just use tradingview will be easier.

Very poorly organized backtesting experince, they are profitable and making money since there is not a true comptetitor out there in the market yet, but when a true competitor arrives, FXReplay will be forgotten. Stupid bugs, bad user experience, decent analytics even though they could be much better. For the price of 35$ monthly, I think the user should get much more and a much much better experience.

software is good, but the problem is with the saving and the templates i spend all the time fixing it and making it right and its not saving, as well a lot of gaps and lost progress. Overall backstesting good, the whole software not working properly and for this price ,definitely not worth the price

It may be that your templates or layout aren’t saving because your browser is set to delete cookies and cache automatically, so please check that setting. everything really good but after spending some time it start bugging or glitching and I have to continously keep refreshing the page really frustrating when backtesting.

Ich nutze FX Replay seit fast zwei Jahren – das Tool selbst ist wirklich gut und fester Bestandteil meines Trading-Alltags. Aber was aktuell passiert, ist einfach nicht akzeptabel: Seit Dezember 2024 wird mir das Abo jeden Monat doppelt abgebucht, obwohl ich nur ein aktives Konto habe. Ich habe den Support mehrfach kontaktiert – zuerst am 6. April, dann erneut am 16. und 19. April. Bisher keinerlei Reaktion. Warum das auf einmal passiert, ist mir völlig unklar – aber es nervt gewaltig. Noch schlimmer ist, dass bis heute keine einzige Antwort auf meine Mails kam. Inzwischen wurden mir dadurch deutlich über 100 € zu viel abgebucht. Sollte sich das nicht kurzfristig klären, werde ich den Betrag über meine Bank zurückholen und ggf. rechtliche Schritte prüfen. Schade – denn das Produkt ist stark. Aber ohne Support kein Vertrauen. So kann ich FX Replay leider nicht mehr empfehlen.

I've been using fx replay for about 4-5 months , really bad experience , constant lags on the chart , you need to refresh the site around 3-5 times before it starts working, it really messes up your trading experience and when you actually need it to work , it starts freezing , it's my first time seeing how such a simple software that just displays candles can lag so badly
