Can't get an answer...waited 4 hours for call back after sitting on hold 4 two hours. Phone rang once and they were gone and this is after 2 days of trying to get help. For the money not worth the headache...I'll spend money elsewhere...where customer service is better.

For a charter company they offer some of the slowest and most unacceptable level of service! Realistically it seems like what would occur if one person was left to manage a mall, just little to no service. It has taken over two weeks to receive any solid info from them then another three days for a quote ... just one quote! And this being a very basic 4 line quote with aircraft type, price, seats, No aircraft details, year of manufacture, refurbishment nothing of significance after 17 days. FX Air is supposed to be a subsidiary of PrivateFly (based on what I was told from the PrivateFly chat agent), however their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Not that PrivateFly is much better, but at least it's manageable. Recommendation: book directly with the aircraft operator (when possible) or find a smaller company that is more customer focused than the McDonnalds of private aviation.
