I had a rather difficult situation do to an error on my side, Tech Support was able to quickly resolve the issue, and remained in the chat until I verified the issue was resolved.

I’m new to Fusion Arc, and ran into bandwidth issues. I upgraded to HyperHAVEN, and still ran into bandwidth issues. The response I got when asked to unlock my account so I can continue to build was completely unexpected, they informed me they had responded to many customer feedback responses, and made the plan unlimited! I have got nothing but good things to say about this hosting service. Their customer service by far outshines compared to other hosting services I’ve used.
