We had a 3-section cloth fabric sofa to donate and provided a photo which showed a minor scratch on one of the cushions. We've been using this perfectly serviceable sofa for years. Furniture Bank misperceived the minor scratch as a tear and turned down the donation. And so, a perfectly usable sofa that could have served a needy individual or family ended up on our curb and picked up on trash day. I'm tired of spending time and effort dealing with such demanding donation charities that operate this way. Shameful!
