My family was without hot water, and the part we needed was out of stock everywhere we looked. We finally found it listed on Furnace Part Source, but I was honestly pretty skeptical after reading some of the negative reviews. I’m happy to say that my experience was excellent! They kept me updated throughout the entire ordering process, the part arrived much faster than I expected, and it was exactly what we needed. Our hot water is back on, and I couldn’t be happier! I wanted to take the time to leave a positive review because I know there are a lot of negative ones out there. I can only speak to my own experience, but they came through for us when we really needed it. Thank you, Furnace Part Source!

ordered a part on line and paid $125 for expedited deliver. (Ordered Thurs pm for Sat pm delivery)......never showed up. Called Monday morning and told its on its way.....asked to waive delivery charge and told not sure what they can do....

Tried to order a part, which they showed online as $397. When I added it to my cart, it came up as $425. I called customer service, they asked me to refresh my screen, and then it showed $425. I decided not to order, and found the part somewhere else for $346 (shipping included!). I hate bait-and-switch.

Terrible customer service. They are very friendly but only until you order! Owners will send you emails telling you how important you are as a customer, then when you report a problem you experienced with a transaction, they disappear. They are also the most expensive when it comes to shipping and are very slow to do so. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. There are plenty of better, more competitive companies offering the same identical parts.

Have bought from furnace parts source before and everything was good until I purchased gas valve that was supposed to be 3/4” and it was not it was 1/2” they would not take it back so I had to purchase elsewhere over $200.00 for something I can’t use

Tom in customer service was very helpful with my order. He did a great job helping find my parts and shipped them fast. I would recommend doing business with them in the future.
