Amazing customer service. Shipping often takes a long time to New Zealand but my Funzze products always arrive quickly and in sturdy, discreet packaging. All the products I have received have been fantastic quality for the price.

Hello, We are very sorry for what happened. Could you please contact us for a replacement? We offer a one-year warranty on each toy. We tried to contact you and help you but could not find any orders associated with your name "RHODES SHAWNTALLA", which is the only info we have got. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you out. Thank you! Have a great day!

Excellent customer support/service! Ordered an item, which unfortunately was "held by custom" for many days. However, the customer support/service kept in touch via email to update me on the status, throughout the whole period. In the end, when it was clear that the item would not be cleared, a full refund was given (no hassle, no back and forth email) which makes for an excellent online shopping experience (even though I did not get the item that i wanted.) I would definitely order from them again, provided that the whole "held by custom" constraint can be sorted out (which is not the sellers fault).
