Firstly, I want to extend our sincerest apologies for the delay in delivering your order. While our standard delivery time is much shorter your video was delivered on July 31, which was 6 days after your order was placed. We understand the importance of timely delivery and regret any inconvenience this delay may have caused. Upon reviewing our internal delivery system I can see that the order was sent via email on July 31, however I see that you never opened the email. It could be that you put the wrong email in, or the email ended up in spam. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
