Just a warning to everyone else, FUNimation currently has a bug that means that if your payment fails - your account can be completely broken. They cant even delete your account, the only option is to wait for a fix or make a new account with a new email. When I reprimanded them for their lack of communication after an email went unanswered for 8 days, they said "We wont contact you unless its fixed". Pressing for details caused support to become snide and snarky.

FUNimation has good content but the apps and website are so bad. I have to invest so much time just to watch a few episodes because of constant issues. THEY should be paying me a monthly patience fee. I honestly don't understand how they have been able to keep the app live for so long. Contract a group who knows how to manage apps. We want your content but the baggage that comes with it is unbearable.

They have glitches. A LOT of glitches. Even though I'm a "premium" member, I still get notices on some videos that I still can't watch it and it'll give you a banner that says something about how you need to be a premium member and the link takes you right to the subscription website to pay. I think they're low key trying to scam?
