Ordered some POP figures and they came all crushed due to zero packaging. They just threw them in a box. Now trying to contact and they only have a horrible ticketing system that doesn't even give you an option for damaged products. They have no direct phone number to contact customer service. For shame.

They overcharged me and refused to refund me, absolutely unwilling to budge after a lengthy back and forth over email. Absolutely abysmal ethics, you should avoid at all costs.
