Oh god ok, here I go... The content is great and I like the shows they have but my god the site is not ok. I'm mostly writing this because they unsubscribed me so if I want to continue I have to pay more money but I'm not sure if I will and here's why... It logged me out like 3 times a day and you cant just wait for the next episode to play you have to do it yourself which isn't that big of a deal except um I'm trying to binge-watch things and If you move the cursor while the show playing the little purple bar that tells you how long you have been watching pops up wand won't go away which is beyond annoying. And I know that I said that I like the content but I'm just starting to watch anime so I'm sure that by the time I get to lesser-known shows it's not going to have them. I honestly am mostly just annoyed about the fact that they canceled my premium subscription and so now I have to pay to subscribe again or call customer service but after reading the reviews I won't get my hopes up.

I don't know what happened...but this is just bad business. I never had an issue prior Dec. 2020. I paid my $5.99 on the 3rd then started getting the "buy premium to watch this video" b.s. even though I'm paid up. Sent 3 tickets a few days ago with no response other than the automated ones. Account info says I'm on a free sub...which again is b.s.. This (imho) is the biggest issue that NEEDS to be addressed. Do they even HAVE a customer support system, or is it just an empty link that gets our hopes up?

Paid for premium plus and after 30 mins my account went from premium plus to free and now I can't watch my anime. Tried contacting support but they never get back to you. This blows. I'd rather stream content online for free then pay for it and can't use it.

Hi, tried the free trial for xbox for three days and I had encountered a few problems, it won't manually skip to the next episode not too big of an issue but I've seen other people comment this for some time, every few episodes it freezes and the loading times between episodes is far too long like on a pirate site I could literally close 6 pop ups wait for it to load and full screen it before your app even loads. But the worst part is it wouldn't let me watch premium anime as a premium member even though I had been for the past three days with no issues, granted on free trial but the details were in and I was ready to give up my life of crime and piracy and then other people had the same problem or worse after looking through the comments. If this app ever gets an update or chemotherapy and lives please let me know.

Love the content. Sadly half of the time the app is too messed up to watch any of it.

honestly funimation isn’t that bad... when i first tried it, it took awhile for it to load, as it kept on pausing. there are a bunch of ads in my way that literally feel like 6 hours, but whatever. on xbox or tv, it’s generally good. but i wasn’t pleased when it came to phone. the subtitles won’t generate at the right time and instead goes 1 minute back. it’s really annoying so i hope that gets fixed, maybe that’s just a one time thing, but please get it fixed if it happens again.

The selection of anime is great, but the menu lags and when it has to buffer (which is frequently) it skips ahead a few seconds. It makes watching anime jarring. You back it up to that spot only to have to rewind again because it skipped ahead again. It’s an endless cycle. Funimation is one of the most popular names in anime. They can afford to fix this. My brother is paying for our subscription since my wife has him on our Netflix. What is he paying for? Get it together Funimation. Keep in mind that the most common internet speed in the US is 15mbps or less. I’m maxed out at 10 for my area and thats the fastest and most reliable that i’ve been able to find.

There service is cheap but my god is it bad. Every video is a struggle to play, there roku app crashes all the time. They should of just stayed partnered with vrv... though there not much better. Seriously whats so hard about anime streaming....
