The PS4 app is awful. Random episodes just decide not to load. Tried to chat with someone, after telling them my issue they ended the chat. Second person I told my problem to told me ‘well I’m watching that episode right now and it’s working fine. Did you try on your smartphone?’ I then tried on my phone. It worked, but I don’t exactly want to be lying in bed watching subtitled anime on a phone screen when I SHOULD be able to watch it on my tv. When I said ‘it’s working on my phone, but seriously I’m paying for a service and it’s not good if I get halfway through a series and then can’t continue is it? I just want a solution’ I then got cut off again. Top notch...

This site sucks! you need to watch a few mins of annoying ads way too often. Watch elsewhere!!

Never works and they only respond with check your internet... Everything else works great other than their PS4 app!

Customer service is basically nonexistent. It takes them forever to add content, don’t expect much In being a premium subscriber

I wish I had seen all these reviews before I went and purchased a funko pop from this website. After taking my $32..10 days went by and no shipping confirmation email. I contacted someone through the chat option and the person just said an error occurred with my order and they would not be able to tell me when my order would be shipped and they also told me they would not be able to refund me....just told me I had to wait. After another week, I got an email saying my order was shipped out. Got to me 5 days later only to find the package completely crushed. Obviously the pop inside was completely trashed as well. Especially since there was no package tape. It was worse packaging than amazon. I contacted someone via chat again who then sent me an email to start the return for damage process. I took all the pictures as they requested..emailed them back..and a week later still have heard nothing. I’m assuming I’m out $32 at this point. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this website. It’s a total scam. They should be on that show current affair or something. I’m sure lots people are out way more money than I am.

Their website is garbage. After logging in, the My Account button does nothing but refresh the homepage. Also trying to redeem digital codes is a pain. The code I got from new $50 blu-ray didn't work and support will never get back to you.

I signed up for a free trial. I tried to watch a video on Google Chrome, video would not load. I tried to watch a different video, video would not load. I tried to watch first video on Microsoft Edge, could not log in to my account. I tried to reset my password, password would not reset. Given that I was unable to do anything with this service and everything did not work, I strongly recommend that no one use this and definitely DO NOT give them money.

I wish I could give negative stars. This app is run by morons! I asked two months ago to not only get my refund after I attempted to cancel my trial before I was billed, to be told very RUDELY they don’t do refunds. I stressed that I wanted to CANCEL my subscription and here I am, 2 months later still being charged. The content is horrible, the customer service is the absolute worst and the only option I have is to cancel my card and get another one reissued.
