Trash. You give them money and they dont give you a decent product. Apps slow (Android and ps4) are slow and buggy. Half the time you can't even log in. Telling me now that there has been a billing error even though I am fully paid up. Just cancelled my subscription. Really should have done this ages ago. Feel sorry for the people that work there as it's clear that nobody cares...

I have been a Funimation subscriber since the day they started their streaming service and it has only gotten worse. Funimation is seriously the worse the streaming service out. Their apps for watching their content are terrible. They constantly delay their "same day dubbed" show. Their customer service just doesn't respond to tickets. I haven't been able to watch anything for 7 days because of a problem with their system saying I haven't paid for my month even tho I have proof I paid. Just avoid this company at all cost.

Funimation has a free version with very limited content. Just trying to do the trial membership is a nightmare. Won't accept a form of payment method so the trial would not work. I was using the computer and the website, no apps or phone.

PS4 app doesn't work at all and their customer support is terrible.

There are buttons that let you go to the next episode or the previous one. Often those buttons don't work. When they don't work you have to navigate back to the place that shows all the episodes and manually pick a new episode.

Support is atrocious. Took 4 SEPARATE emails over the span of 3/4 weeks for them to get back to me on receiving a damaged product. When they finally replied, we had a back and forth that lasted 3-4 days or so. They said they were gonna send a replacement to my place, but since it was an art box cover they'd have to contact the manufacturer and that it could take a few extra weeks. Fine, fair enough. 3 MONTHS later I email them back and say I haven't received it, they said they'd send another. Another 3 months later and they just won't reply to me anymore. Disgusted with their support. Don't really care about the replacement at this point, but I didn't get a single apology for receiving a damaged product or an apology for their horrendous support.
