FunimationReviews of funimation.com

I currently have 5 titles loaded/available for streaming, but cannot access any of them. I was able to access one, but it came censored and with commercials as if I hadn't purchased it. Complete bull. If you're buying the disks, just realize you will NEVER be able to stream them as advertised.

All their apps are broken. They do not help with anything and make contacting them virtually impossible. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY, SUPPORT INDIVIDUAL ANIME NOT MONEY HUNGRY CUSTOMER BULLY FUNIMATION.

I'm paying for the premium subscription but funimation won't recognize it. It keeps saying I have the free version and my subscription when they keep charging me for premium. The message reads "please log in to your funimation account with the subscription to your google account" but it is the same account and the system just won't allow it. I can't even make a new account.

They double charged be 2 months in a row even with bank statements everything they refused to admit they did it. So they refused to refund my money mystery big was very slow and glitchy even on an Xbox one S.

To keep it short, I'll simplify a bit. So basically, they failed to tell me that promotional codes don't work if you pay via PayPal until after I was billed. Luckily, they refunded that back to me. In my communications with them, I asked twice that my subscription be canceled. They apparently ignored both requests, because I was still billed. I contacted their support and have heard nothing back. I have had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back. Terrible company. They're almost a scam, and from looking at other reviews, it looks like I'm not the only one who's had Funimation attempt to steal money from them. It also seems like their services rarely work correctly anyways.

Doesn’t have an option to watch subbed if I want. The app is garbage and glitchy. They have no customer service number and don’t answer support tickets. I can’t cancel before my free trial ends because their cancel subscription button doesn’t work. I can’t delete my card information to keep it from charging. They say I canceled my subscription but it still shows as active. I’m not getting charged for this piece of crap service.

Horrible app, and website. Multiple times buttons would just not work, including the cancel subscription button which forced me to write a support ticket. Just avoid this pile of garbage

I love the shows on funimation but i feel like they over do it on the ads now. At first when I joined they had the same 3 ads in 3 specific places like Vrv, but now there are 4 - 5 ads per spot and its annoying. I ended up paying for a membership so I could stop dealing with the ads. I just feel like they are trying to force the membership. The website is also poorly scripted.
