Terrible service. Couldn’t cancel during the free trial period. That section of their website conveniently didn’t work until after they had taken the first payment following the free trial. I am still blocked from removing my card details apparently because I have a live subscription. They are ignoring any emails I send them.

Massive scam. I tried the free trial but decided to cancel as there wasn’t that much I actually wanted to watch. The cancel subscription button only logs me out of their website. The remove card details button doesn’t work at all. The how to contact page is blank or won’t load. I’m going to have to cancel my card.

They get 1 star for making some good dubs... however, they choose to waste money on dubbing bad shows with low ratings often, so I can't give them too much credit. Aside from that, their entire service is trash. Episodes don't play half of the time, sometimes entire series go missing without warning, everything is so slow and buggy. They don't communicate with anyone about their plans to improve the services.

Constant streaming problems cropping up no matter what I use, PC browser, PC app, phone app, 3 different PC's. My connection is 80Mb down and 40 up. Has been happening since I joined about 6 months ago. It works OK for a few days or so then goes bad. Apart from that it is also one of the worst sites of its kind to use even when its working. I have Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney - all are so much better. Every time I use it I think about cancelling it.

I was at Walmart browsing and glanced at movies and saw the movie Shin Godzilla Blu Ray DVD and with UV Digital..so i purchased this and a few others..to my horror i opened it and they wanted me to redeem it at Funimationdigitalcopy instead of vudu..so went there and attempted to redeem it and it said the code does not exist or i put it in wrong(which i didnt,i tried it 5 times)same result everytime. so,wrote the company funimation to ask for help.and since i purchased this 2 weeks ago i no longer have the receipt and apparantly they require that.but heres a question,if i didnt buy it,how did i give them the code,which i gave to them.anyway,bottom line is they give bad codes that dont exist and refuse to help you with any problems your codes have on their site..one of the worst companys i have ever dealt with when it comes to digital codes.if you buy there products,dont expect to get it on digital at all.their codes dont exist.and if you are lucky to redeem it,to my knowledge they do not port.awful.wont buy there products again. Glad i wasn't dumb enough to even try to subscribe to any of their bs subscriptions..heard too many horror stories on their streaming serrvice.

I’ve had a subscription for years and finally when I no longer want it, they make it EXTREMELY difficult to cancel your subscription. It cannot be done through the app OR the website. And now I cannot remove my card information from their website, incredibly scummy. This company has gone way downhill.

This is the worst app I have ever come across on the ps4. It doesn't work, I have tried countless ways to get it to work. (That itself is bad, you have to try multiple ways) I contact support and say in my email that I cannot access any show. None of them, I also told them the issue and what platform. I got a generic response say please tell us the show and episode. They dont even read your complaints. Absolutely rubbish, please save your money and go watch crunchyroll.

I started the free trial and then cancelled the subscription on the same day because the service was so bad. 2 weeks later got billed £4.99 for the subscription. I don't know if they have literally just scammed me or if they sneakily drop you down to a cheaper service and still charge you. I got an email confirming I'd cancelled my subscription, so the whole thing seems very underhanded. Stay away.
