FunimationReviews of funimation.com

This app is complete and utter garbage. I will no longer be paying any money for this broken barely functional piece of trash. It only works for around 2 or three episodes before crashing and having to re open it around 6 or 7 times to get it to work. Don't even think about trying to fast forward, cause it causes the app to freeze. Want to skip to the next episode? App freezes. Enjoying the last 2 episodes you watched? App freezes. Don't pay any money for this crap. It just isn't worth it. The only reason I've kept it this long was to get through the dragon ball shows. I made it through Dragonball super and GT, but I'm done. I don't want to deal with it anymore. It would be money better spent getting the damn Blu rays

Was overcharged two months, charged 3 times the first month and twice the second. The account never said it was paid prescription status only free. Couldn’t get hold of support to refund any of the payments

Their interface is garbage where after watching a few ads the program won’t load. If you back out and in it just launches more ads. In one 22 minute show I’ve had to watch over 10 minutes of ads. There’s just not much good to balance it out.

No. Absolutely not trustworthy or honorable. In trial, lost interest in the service. They refuse to release our billing information, on account of being linked to a subscription. A *cancelled* subscription. Summary Plan Premium Plus Free trial ends 7/23/2020 Status Active You have cancelled your subscription. You will be reverted to a Basic plan on 7/23/2020 They will not allow the billing information to be deleted, even though the subscription is CLEARLY cancelled. Holding billing information hostage like this belongs in courts.

Poor customer service & deceptive subscription business. Charged my account and refused to refund. Stay away.

Had an account for about 7-8 years, a premium account at that. Due to not having a 2 part identification system in place, it appears my account got hacked and the email changed. When I emailed them, they said they could not help me due to not being able to find my account. Even gave them the account info I paid with. Would go lower then 1 star due to the fact the cut off all communication with me to resolve this issue.

They haven't done any work to their app it seems like it still runs horribĺe either tablet smart tv kodi or my ps4 all rough go for crunchyroll just made the switch and been with funimation for years even grandfathered in but no point paying for things you have to spend 15 mins per show just to find it and hope it loads

Customer service is terrible. And the platform for ps4 is borderline unusable. Would give -1 star if i could
