just buggy and broken, doesn't remember language or quality or version you set. Playing next episode is broken, both autoplay and the button. Honestly torrenting is a better experience than this. Also glitched out and gave me spoliers from multiple episodes, by randomly skipping ahead this is on desktop and by casting.

Worst episode tracking and automated process I have come across often it will say I'm on a random episode I watched ages ago. For example episode 8 of overlord when I am actually on 31, often I have to guess where I am at if it's been a while. The next episode function always lags if it works at all and doesn't seem to work at all in full screen just gets stuck and replays the same episode but with the stuck animation of saying do you want to watch the next episode. If I pause for more than a few minutes I always have to refresh the page as it fails to load. I have a very fast broadband connection and have no issues with other streaming sites, honestly address those issues and your site would be amazing.

Laggy, clunky, buggy, and generally bad. We're living in the 2020s but this website and video player take me way back (and not in a good way). I keep waiting for it to get better as more people join to watch shows with booming popularity (MHA, Fruits Basket, Attack on Titan, etc) but it's just as bad as it was before. High traffic makes the whole website bug out with 404 pages galore. The video player is buggy and frequently doesn't work well (the toolbars and settings panel getting stuck with no way to fix them but to refresh the page, the play/pause toggle getting stuck/breaking, the "next episode" button not working 60-70% of the time, endless buffering, the scroll preview doesn't actually correspond to timestamp, like how???). The browse/search filters are garbage (if you select "language - English" you should expect that the anime shown have english dubs, but nope, you still get a bunch of random listings that don't). I'm not going to complain about new subs/dubs because I know those are hard to get out on schedule every week and it's a process, but the website and video player themselves need a LOT of help. The price per month is the same as ad-supported Hulu despite fewer offerings so how is the video-player quality still THIS poor? Edit: I'm using Chrome 89.0.4389.82

it has a lot of the dub and the japanese shows come out quickly but the site has many bugs, slow loading time, constantly down for maintenance and a poor interaface

I ordered 5 Nendoroids from the Funimation shop back in early January, and they said all products in my order would be in-stock by the end of the month. Two months later and I haven't heard anything from them, they won't even reply to my emails. Pretty frustrating, but I guess we'll see if I actually receive my order. However, after hearing about others experiences with them, I can't say I'd recommend buying from them. You're better off buying figures on more reliable sites, that actually have customer support, let alone a phone number to call. If only I'd known beforehand...

The streaming service is good but don’t buy a single thing form their shop it will 100% come late and they won’t even ship it you literally have to contact them to even get a update on a order do not buy from the funimation shop if you want things in time

Great content. The app and website interface are hot garbage. On PlayStation the app constantly crashes, tells me to subscribe to watch (when I’m already subscribed) and also still shows adverts even with a premium subscription which is meant to remove them. All in all I stick with it because it is the only place to (legally) see a lot of stuff with English dubs in HD, but damn do they make it difficult. Feels very amateurish.

It shows some great program animation series, but the reason for the low grade/rating. What I don't like you select an animation to watch it shows its in English you get into it the story you start to enjoy it then go onto the next 6 or 9th episode so you're well into the story, then that episode and the episodes after that starts to play in Japanese, there's no other languages available so you can't change it back, that just ruins it all. That's happened to quite a few animations titles available. That's a huge bugbear very annoying and a total waste of an 1hr and a half of watching something. Please fix this.
