It's honestly just a terrible platform overall. There's no point in buying it. I've been trying to get ahold of a support team for a week and I've gotten nothing back.

God this is so awful, constant buffering, terrible UI, how hard is it to make a decent website like holy hell.

I had cancelled my subscription for a short period of time before renewing it but signed up for a monthly subscription. I was charged for a yearly subscription and then a monthly subscription two days later. It has been over a week and two tickets later and I have heard nothing from them in regard to getting my money back. I would never recommend using this service to anyone, try HIDIVE or Crunchyroll out if you want something that actually works for streaming anime.

The app is barely usable, some episodes dont cast, other times it will just jump to another episode in the middle of watching a different one, sometimes the app will boot you out all together. Support is useless as well and will tell you that its your internet, or device, or just to uninstall and reinstall the app. It's been getting worse too, to the point I'm paying for a service I can't use at all.

This has been one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. After getting charged for a year of service when I only purchased a month. They apparently could not refund or cancel my subscription. So, 6 months in and the service barely works. Randomly with just kick you off. Randomly like all the time!

Would give a zero if I could. It is a scam, they will over charge your credit card for more then the subscription price, and that is when you start the free trial. Complete money grab scam, do not reccomend.

I canceled my payments back in 2018 due to just not using the site a whole lot. So imagine my surprise today when I went to buy food and my card declined because a payment went through to this company. Currently in the process of trying to get that money back, but I am NOT happy.

i logged into my account after changing my password and it is now saying i don’t have premium even though i do? it’s not letting me acces premium shows and it’s giving me ads. i contacted them and they don’t write back to you. don’t get this
