The engraving on my son's urn medallion…

Quality Product and Excellent Customer Service
The customer service provided by Jennifer was outstanding and they stood behind their products. I ordered the Raku Urn and absolutely love it! I waited 5 years to find that special urn to hold my Dad's ashes. Although the item I received had a couple of issues and they responded immediately and shipped me a new one and provided a return slip for the original item. I will definitley recommend them and will be purchasing when needed in the future!

The website was easy to navigate.
The website was easy to navigate, products were very easy to see and the descriptions were detailed. Ordering was easy, payment methods were clear, communications were easy to follow. The item I ordered was delivered quickly and was exactly as described. No one wants to use Funeralwise services, but we all have to at some time. I decided to make my arrangements well in advance and Funeralwise was very helpful.
