I received a call back from very knowledgeable Ralph Wileczek. I was impressed on the format of Funeralwise. We have not been able to connect in last week. However, Ralph called while I was in transit and could not take more notes. All was professional to me and I think I am in the market for Ralph's ideas.

Excellent customer service ! Product was beautiful but I chose the incorrect year on my engraving. I emailed the company and they were able to engrave another plaque with the correct date and engraving i we quested and quickly had it sent out to me. I highly recommend this company.

The urns are extremely pretty. I love that they can be kept indoors until they're ready to be buried and then they'll be biodegraded. I've already spread the word to others. And delivery was extremely fast. I didn't need the rush, but it's good to know it's available if one did. Thank you!
