I bought an urn for my husband
I bought an urn for my husband, who has recently passed away, and realized I bought the wrong type. Upon emailing Funeralwise with this problem, they immediately responded with the procedures and information needed to return the unused urn. Then, I emailed the information requested, and Funeralwise has already credited my charge card. Thank you.
