Your 16-page form is useless
Your 16-page form to compile important data is good but useless. It will not let me input the information from my computer. I am an 84-year-old man with arthritis in my wrist, so I can't write so it would be readable. sending it in a PDF format makes it unusable unless I buy a $200 program to edit it.

Dear Stanley, Thank you so much for taking the time to reply. We are so sorry that the form wasn’t helpful to you. We created it as an alternative to the online planner since many people wanted something they could fill out by hand. Our online version does allow you to input your selections on the computer and then print out a hardcopy. It’s actually a lot easier to use than a pdf form would be, and you can change it if you decide to modify your choices.
