I called in with a random request, about a phishing letter from FundSmart. I got the pleasure of speaking with the CEO, Kurt M. and resolved the issue and got a response in timely and professional manner. -- great customer service -- efficient response via email/phone

I reached out to this company to alert them that someone is attempting an "Imposter Scam." Immediately, the gentleman on the other end of the phone was exceedingly unprofessional, rude and condescending.

That was untrue and you just called my company because you di not do your due diligence . The address, the phone number and the company name are different still not sure why you called and why you would write this we will disput
